Job Description
- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
- Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound telecalling
- Improve organisational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a telecaller
- Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers
- Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
- Strong communication skills and command of the English language
- Data entry skills to complement the telecalling work
- Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (Sales or Marketing Focus):

Make outbound calls to customers from the provided leads or databases.

Explain products or services in detail to potential customers to generate interest.

Convince prospects to book appointments, attend demos, or make purchases (based on industry).

Follow up on previous interactions or calls to move leads through the sales funnel.

Maintain call quality by using a polite tone, accurate information, and handling objections tactfully.
2. Inbound Call Handling (If Applicable):
-
Attend to inbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, product details, or service support.

Resolve basic issues or forward complex queries to the appropriate department.

Provide timely information and ensure customer satisfaction through phone conversations.
3. Lead Management & Database Maintenance:

Maintain an organized record of all calls made, responses received, and leads generated.

Enter and update customer information in the CRM or internal systems accurately.

Tag calls and outcomes (interested, follow-up, not interested, wrong number, etc.).
4. Customer Engagement:
-
Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective and existing customers.

Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times.
-
Inform customers about offers, discounts, or new launches as per campaign objectives.
5. Feedback Collection and Reporting:

Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience with the company’s products or services.

Report issues, challenges, or objections faced during calls to the supervisor or campaign manager.

Provide daily or weekly call and performance reports as required.
