Travel Counselor –
Job Summary:
- Assisting International customers with their travel procedures like ticketing , etc through calls.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure that not only the client purchases the tickets from us but also gets the best service so that he comes back to us for future ticketing.as well.
Eligibility:
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Any Diploma Course in Travel / IATA ( OPTIONAL ).
- 0 – 2 years in Travel Industry.
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts ( Shift timings starts from 4am / 5am / 8am / 9am / 11am & 11pm ).
- Comfortable in handling Calls.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Early morning Shift Transportation Allowance , Attendance Incentives , Overtime Incentives , Achieving target Incentives , Punctuality Incentives , etc.
