Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Get Drop Facility)
Responsibilities and Duties
Interacting with customers over call.
Managing customer service inquiries.
Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
Convey accurately and required information to the customers.)
Skills Required
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
