Airport Operations:

Essential training for airside and land side operations. Gain practical knowledge to manage key Airport operations with high efficiency and safety.

Costumer Handling service:

§ Ticketing/check-in/documents verification § baggage/check-in/baggage office § wheelchair services/electric carts § charter security screening § gate & boarding/ airport clubs

Ramp operations:

• Understand standard ramp operations terminologies. • Gain practical knowledge on airside planning principles, consideration and concepts. • Develop key performance indicators for a more efficient and safer airside operations environment. • Apply best practices to better manage the diverse issues in an airside working environment.

Cargo Handling:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of ground crew in the locating, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage. May determine the quantity and orientation of cargo and compute aircraft centre of gravity.

DGR:

This is designed for ramp and warehouse personnel to air relevant knowledge and understanding of dangerous goods, their potential hazards, and the procedures applicable to their transport by air.
