The Course

It prepares you for a career in Airport Ground Handling. The session modules for training are soft skills, Passenger Relationship Management, Ground operations and personal grooming. There is a special training for Galileo (CRS) Computer Reservation System which is necessary for ground staffing.

Eligibility Age - 17 to 23 years
Duration - 6 months (3 hours a day, 5 days a week).
