ABOUT INTERNSHIP:
Selected
intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Demonstrate complete recruitment life -cycle responsibility with
accountability.
2. Understand and analyze the job description and sourcing of CVs from multiple
job portals/LinkedIn to identify relevant candidate.
3. Perform telephonic screening of the potential candidates by interviewing.
4. Follow up with the candidates.
5. Maintain the database and tracker of the candidates for future use.
6. Check the candidate's credibility through their reference checks, documents
review & background verification from relevant sources.
