Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Drafting and vetting legal contracts of varied nature including those relating to lease, leave, and license, non-disclosure with emphasis on vendor contracts (experience in dealership/franchisee/standard contracts will be added advantage)
2. Managing legal notices, replies, and other legal and business correspondences
3. Maintaining various MIS for assignment handled, contract renewal, custody of contracts/original documents, etc.
4. Researching on case laws and legal issues around business
5. Studying various rules and regulations pertaining to business
6. Working on data maintenance - both physical and electronic
7. Assisting in company secretarial/compliance work under Companies Act (candidate doing or having done CS can be benefitted)
